Food is an important part of the Easy Surf Maroc experience. Our in-house chef Mohamed prepares fresh Moroccan dishes including traditional tajines, zaalouk, briouat, couscous and other local specialities. We pay attention to the quality of our ingredients and source fresh products from the local market. Guests can also join a Moroccan cooking class and learn how to prepare some of the dishes themselves.

We believe that small everyday choices can make a difference. At Easy Surf Maroc, we are mindful of our water consumption and encourage guests to use water responsibly.
